Refund & Shipping Policy
Understand our delivery process and refund terms before making your purchase.

01 Nature of Our Products — Digital Delivery
TheNEETPredictor.in exclusively sells digital products — specifically PDF files delivered electronically via email. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
Since our product is a digital PDF, there is no physical shipping involved. Your purchase will be delivered to your registered email address immediately after successful payment confirmation — typically within a few minutes.
02 Digital Delivery — How It Works
After a successful payment, here is what happens:
- Your payment is confirmed by Razorpay and we receive a notification instantly.
- An automated system triggers a delivery email to the email address you provided at checkout.
- The email contains your PDF download link or the PDF as an attachment.
- You can download and start using your NEET 2026 Predicted Question Paper immediately.

If you do not receive the download email within 30 minutes of payment, please check your spam/junk folder first. If still not received, contact us at [email protected] with your payment transaction ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
03 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are generally final. Once the PDF has been delivered to your email and/or downloaded, we are unable to offer a refund.
We strongly recommend downloading the free sample paper before making a purchase to evaluate the quality, format, and content of the product. The free sample is available on our homepage.
When a Refund MAY Be Considered:
- Your payment was deducted but you did not receive the PDF or download link within 24 hours despite our team's efforts to resolve the issue.
- A technical error on our end caused duplicate charges for the same order.
- You were charged but the payment failed and the amount was not auto-reversed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds Are NOT Applicable If:
- You have already downloaded or accessed the PDF product.
- You claim the product did not match your expectations after downloading it — we recommend using the free sample to evaluate before purchase.
- You changed your mind after completing the purchase.
- Actual NEET 2026 questions did not match the predicted paper (this is a practice and analysis-based resource, not a guaranteed paper).
- You provided an incorrect email address during checkout — please verify before purchasing.
04 How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the conditions listed above, please follow these steps:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order ID]"
- Include your full name, registered email address, and Razorpay Transaction ID / Payment Reference Number.
- Briefly describe the issue and reason for your refund request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed back to the original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account) used during purchase. We do not issue refunds in any other form.
05 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously. If you raise a chargeback with your bank after receiving and downloading the product, we reserve the right to provide transaction evidence (delivery logs, download records, email delivery confirmation) to Razorpay and your bank to dispute the claim.

06 Failed or Duplicate Payments
In case of a failed payment where money was deducted from your account:
- Most failed payment amounts are automatically reversed by your bank or Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
- If the amount is not reversed after 7 business days, contact us with your transaction details and we will investigate with Razorpay on your behalf.
- Do not attempt to repay if you are unsure whether your first payment went through — contact us first to confirm your payment status.
