02 Nature of the Product
The NEET 2026 Predicted Question Paper is a digital educational product (PDF) created for practice purposes. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that:
- This is a predicted practice paper based on analysis of 37 years of past NEET/AIPMT question papers. It is NOT an official NTA (National Testing Agency) paper.
- This is NOT a leaked paper, official answer key, or any document obtained through unauthorized means.
- Questions are designed based on historical frequency data and pattern analysis — actual NEET 2026 questions may or may not match.
- We make no guarantee that specific questions from this paper will appear in the actual NEET 2026 examination.
- This product is intended as a supplementary study resource only.
03 Intellectual Property
All content on this website and within the purchased PDF — including but not limited to questions, explanations, design, layout, and graphics — is the intellectual property of TheNEETPredictor.in.
- You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or share the PDF or any part of it without explicit written permission.
- You may not upload the PDF to any third-party platform, Telegram group, WhatsApp group, or any other medium.
- Personal use only — one purchase is for one individual student.
- Violation of these terms may result in legal action under applicable Indian copyright laws.
04 User Eligibility
Our products are intended for students preparing for the NEET UG examination. By purchasing, you confirm that:
- You are at least 16 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent to make the purchase.
- The information you provide during checkout (name, email, phone) is accurate and complete.
- You are purchasing for personal, educational use only.
05 Payment & Pricing
All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. However, once payment is confirmed, the price at time of purchase applies.
- Payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway.
- We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.
- Your payment information is never stored on our servers.
- In case of payment failure, please do not attempt multiple payments — contact us first.
06 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Sharing, distributing, or reselling the purchased PDF to any third party.
- Using the product for any commercial purpose without written permission.
- Misrepresenting the product as an official NEET paper or leaked paper.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or plagiarize the questions or content.
- Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving the product.
- Using the website for any unlawful purpose under Indian law.
07 Limitation of Liability
TheNEETPredictor.in shall not be liable for:
- Any difference between predicted questions and actual NEET 2026 questions.
- Any exam result, rank, or score — results depend entirely on individual student effort and ability.
- Technical issues such as internet failure, device incompatibility, or download errors beyond our control.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our product.
Our maximum liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product — i.e., ₹499.
08 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
09 Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
